Examining the evidence legitimately adopted by the court below in light of the relevant legal principles, it is justifiable to find the court below guilty of the facts charged of this case for the reasons stated in its holding.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by misunderstanding facts in violation of logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on deception and fraud in fraud.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
