1. At around 10:00 on October 2, 2013, the thief Defendant and the person subject to a request to attach an attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) stolen the victim’s panty panty panty in an amount equivalent to KRW 3,000, which was displayed on the above store by using the victim’s crepanty crepan in Hong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the victim’s attention was neglected.
