1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

According to the records, pursuant to Article 117(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, the Defendants filed an application with the Plaintiffs for the provision of litigation costs (this Court 2017 Chicago20287) pursuant to Article 117(1) of the same Act, and this court rendered a decision to order the Plaintiffs to provide litigation costs pursuant to Articles 117(1) and 120 of the Civil Procedure Act on December 5, 2017, and each of the above decisions was served on the Plaintiffs on December 5, 2017, and the Plaintiffs filed an appeal against the said decision to dismiss an appeal on November 13, 2018, but the said decision became final and conclusive on November 21, 2018, and the Plaintiffs did not provide the said security within ten days, which is the period prescribed by the above decision.

Therefore, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act, the instant lawsuit shall be dismissed without holding any pleadings, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
