On April 27, 2013, at around 00:16, the Defendant driven a blood alcohol 0.093% alcohol concentration from the Incheon Jung-gu Airport New Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon, to the street of 500 meters from the 2nd class of Dong Seo-gu Airport.
