A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and suspension of qualifications for one year.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around August 2019, the Defendant, on the ground of the Defendant’s external map, married with B (51 years of age), but around September 2019, B, during the marriage period, collected the evidence and asked B to demand money from the Defendant.

1. Anyone who violates the Protection of Communications Secrets Act shall be prohibited from censorship of mail, wiretapping of telecommunications, provision of communication confirmation data or recording or listening to conversations between others that are not open to the public, without recourse to the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, the Criminal Procedure Act or the Military Court Act;

Nevertheless, around September 29, 2019, the Defendant installed a tape recorder under the CB driver's seat in a public parking lot located in the Changcheon-si, Leecheon-si, and recorded conversations between B and F by installing a tape recorder under the back seat of the E parking lot located in Snju-si, Jeoncheon-si.

2. No person who violates the Act on the Protection and Use of Location Information shall collect, use, or provide the relevant personal location information without consent from the subjects of personal location information;

Nevertheless, around October 15, 2019, the Defendant collected B's location information by attaching a location tracking device to Cchip vehicles parked in front of Ischeon-si G.

3. Around October 15, 2019, the Defendant found the victim’s friendship in Echeon-si G, and took the recording files collected in the same manner as that of the above paragraph (1) into consideration the victim, and assaulted the victim by “I and Kaba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-b-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba-ba

The defendant carries dangerous things.
