1. On September 22, 2016, the Defendant, using a mobile phone at an insular location, posted a false statement to “Sebber KER,” and then sold the said goods to the victim C who visited the victim C, stating that “I would promptly send the price first, if you send it.”

However, since the defendant did not have the above goods, even if he received money from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the goods.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 420,000 won from the victim to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant at around 08:34 of the same day as the price for the goods, and received 2,509,000 won in total from around the above day to February 20, 2017 in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached Table, from around 10 times.

2. On February 19, 2017, the Defendant posted a notice to the victim D, who visited the Internet NAV car page by using a mobile phone at an insular location, and sold a 'game machine'. The Defendant immediately sent the price to the victim D who visited the Defendant, who sent the price first.

However, the defendant did not have the ability to sell the article even if he did not receive money from the injured party because he did not have the above article.

The Defendant received 160,000 won from the victim’s new bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant.

3. On February 20, 2017, the Defendant, using a mobile phone at an insular place, posted a letter stating that “after accessing the Internet NAVV car page to a country,” and then selling the NAV car page to the victim F, who contacted with the Defendant, immediately send the price to the victim F, who sent it first.

“The foregoing goods are sold.”
