A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

【2014 Highest 4225】 The Defendant, from around 03:5 on July 29, 2014 to around 04:50, set up a limitation service on the Defendant’s cell phone at the Defendant’s house located in F 101, Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the Defendant’s cell phone, and used the Defendant’s phone number to H (n, 19 years of age).
