A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 24, 2015, the Defendant, at the home of the Defendant located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, was able to prepare money by means of robbery due to the economic difficulties due to debt, etc., and around January 24, 2015, the Defendant, in advance, stored the food blade, which is a deadly weapon, in the front of the Defendant’s house in Gangnam-gu Seoul, in a newspaper, stored it in the inner machine of the Defendant, concealed the face, and displayed the object of the crime.
