1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant conspired with 54 of the heads of the ASEAN, D, and E, and the Defendant is the Chairperson to exercise overall control over the company’s affairs as the Chairperson. C is in charge of company accounting and accounting affairs as the representative director; D is in charge of logistics; E is in charge of the company accounting and accounting affairs as a director; each local head is in charge of product education, sales, and membership; without registering multi-level marketing business with the competent administrative agency; and then, from March 12, 2012 to February 21, 2013, the Defendant purchased the cosmetic and cosmetics sold by the said company to the 2nd class 4th 5th 7th 2nd 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 7th 4th 7th 7th 200 7th 7th 7th 8th 7th 2013.

Accordingly, the Defendant established, managed, or operated a multi-level marketing organization in collusion with 54 head of each other than C, D, and E, without being registered with the competent authorities.
