[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On August 31, 2016, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year for the acquisition of stolen goods and the violation of the Act on the Safety Control of Dangerous Substances at the Jeonju District Court's Military Accounting Branch, and the judgment was finalized on April 21, 2017.

[2] Criminal facts: “2016 Highest 2334”- Defendant A’s duty-free gasoline is petroleum supplied under the condition that the Fisheries Cooperatives Federation purchases directly from oil companies for the purpose of using in the coastal and inshore fishing vessels and coastal fishing vessels under the Act on Special Taxation Restrictions and supplies fishermen with low-free duty-free petroleum for the purpose of using in the coastal and coastal fishing vessels; and it is paid 100 litres per day to the owner of a vessel holding a fishery license in order to increase income by stably supplying fishermen with low-income free oil in coastal and inshore fishing vessels.

The Defendant, around August 10, 2012, transferred gasoline duty-free petroleum, which is a stolen goods stored in the lower court near the above E elementary school located in the lower court, to H salary-free vehicles, transported it to the H, and Kim Jong-si, the Sung-si, the Sung-si, the G, and the fishery duty-free petroleum, together with the foregoing G, over a total of 210 times during the period from around 20 to March 27, 2013, as described in the list of crimes committed in the attached Table, 525.
