Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the captain of the Jindo-gun's Haak fishing vessel C (9.77 tons and two crew members on board) of the Jeonnam-gun's Haak-gun.
