A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On October 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on October 11, 2015, 19:00, she boarded a D taxi operated by the victim on a high-scar operated by the victim on a high-scar located in the Sungpo-si, Sungpo-si, Sungpo-si; and (b) agreed to the victim on the Jeju-si cultural blade.

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. On October 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an act as if he/she were to pay the price for alcoholic beverage, alcohol, etc. in the “G” ran tavern operated by the victim in Jeju Island F; (b) ordered the victim to pay the price for alcoholic beverage, alcohol, etc.; and (c) ordered the victim to do so.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if he was provided with alcohol, alcohol, etc. from the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received from the victim the alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 100,00 won in the market price, such as two weeks, one week, and two drinking water.

B. On October 12, 2015, the Defendant, at the same place around 00:00, demanded that the victim go on credit with the drinking value of 100,000 won at the same place, but the victim rejected such demand, but the Defendant was “B” to put in B.
