A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The evidence Nos. 1 through 28 from the defendant (the presumption of philophones) is presumed to be written.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is not a person dealing with narcotics, is not a person dealing with narcotics, but does not deal with clophophones (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as philophones), but imported philophones as follows.

1. On February 7, 2016, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered approximately oneg of the phonephones in the way E, namely, i.e., the inner name of E, together with E, at the residence of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (a small glass disease, in which the phone is inserted, and the smoke generated by heating the phone with the phone as soon as possible, using it as possible).

2. On March 14, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.1g of opon 0.1g, in the guest room of “G” located in Gansi-si F on 06:00, in the same manner as the preceding paragraph, at the five-story guest room of “G”, and in the same manner as the latter.

3. On March 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received two bags from H on the part of Si for China, “I am in Korea,” and agreed to the proposal “I am in the part of Si for a mobile phone to be contacted by I; and (b) decided to import am in H and Republic of Korea.”

Accordingly, on March 13, 2016, the Defendant received a mobile phone (J) from H, which was entrusted to H on the basis of his name and the same day, and around 11:00 on the same day, the Defendant entered the airport of China to MM airport around 13:00 on the same day and waiting for H to communicate, and H paid KRW 150,000 to N at the same time with the Chinese key point in the same day around the same day, while requesting L to transport two bags for travel, which was concealed about 606.36g of opphonephones, to the Republic of Korea.

As such, around 18:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) carried two above bags in N; (b) boarded P on the 14th of the same month; and (c) entered R in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Q on the 14th of the same month; (b) received contact with H; and (c) received two bags for travel from R passenger terminals around 14:50 on the same day; and (d) received two bags for travel from the aboveO for which the said phiphone was concealed.

Accordingly, the defendant imported philophones in collusion with H.
