except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2020, at around 21:15, the Defendant assaulted C, such as: (a) “I am home, under the influence of alcohol” from C to the chief of the police box belonging to the Namyang Police Station B box called “I am home,” who was called “I am home, I am at the police lane, I am at the same time, I am at the police lane, I am at the same time, I am at the same time, I am at the bit of bit of bitch, I am, I am at the same time.”
