1. It is confirmed that the Plaintiff is a shareholder of each share listed in the separate sheet.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Defendants.

1. Indication of claim;

A. In around 1994, the Plaintiff concluded an entrustment contract for stock transaction with the Defendants, and purchased each of the shares listed in the separate sheet among the shares issued by D Co., Ltd. through the Defendants, and had the Defendants keep each of the shares listed in the separate sheet.

B. Since the Plaintiff expressed to the Defendants the intent to terminate the title trust by serving a duplicate of the instant complaint, the Plaintiff sought confirmation as a shareholder of each of the shares listed in the separate sheet.
