The judgment below

The guilty part shall be reversed.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the list of crimes listed in the judgment of the court below (1).

1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case and the summary of the lower court’s determination (1) of the facts charged in the instant case are as follows: ① the Defendant opened an account on March 15, 2010 by opening an Internet Scenal Network Service, a kind of “Twitter,” and opened an account on or around December 31, 2010, and then sold “Korea National Scenzk, which is the Twitter account established by the Scenzk Committee, established around August 2010,” and continued to read part of the facts charged in the instant case, and seek materials to instigate North Korea’s Twitter propaganda, which is transmitted to the Defendant’s account, from around December 15, 2010 to December 31, 2011.

1. As indicated in the statement from December 16, 201 to December 15, 2011, the North Korean Revolution inserted in the Internet website “Steb” was written as described in the table of crimes Nos. 97 to 130 of the attached Table of the judgment of the court below by linking the data such as video with the Defendant’s Twitter account by linking the data such as dynamic image to the Defendant’s Twitter account, and written a notice from December 15, 2010 to December 29, 201 as described in the table of crimes Nos. 2 and (3) of the attached Table of the court below from December 15, 2010 to December 29, 2011. As such, the Defendant knowingly known that it would endanger the nation’s existence and free democratic fundamental order, and thus, the Defendant distributed a notice to the Republic of Korea’s anti-government organization or its members, or its members by inserting or promoting the activities of the North Korea’s Twitter.

1. The violation of the National Security Act by acquiring and distributing pro-enemy materials as indicated in the 130th to 130. (No. 105 to 107, 115, 116) and the praise of each of the crimes shown in the attached Table (2) of the judgment below.
