Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court on December 7, 2009, and was sentenced to a fine of 3 million won or more for the same crime in the same court on April 25, 2012.

On June 2, 2013, at around 00:24, the Defendant, while drunk with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.127%, operated a car at approximately 20 meters from the thought and public parking lot in Busan Metropolitan City trigrams and from about 20 meters to the front road of the thought in the same Dong.
