1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 24, 2012, the Plaintiff filed a request with the Defendant for the disclosure of information on the entire documents related to B’s financial assets and real estate and real estate-related documents that the Plaintiff died. However, on July 26, 2012, the Defendant refused to the effect that the disclosure of information related to B’s financial assets can only be made with the Plaintiff’s consent, and that the disclosure of real estate-related information disclosure and death-founded documents did not constitute the Defendant’s business (hereinafter “instant disposition”).
B. On May 14, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an administrative appeal with the Central Administrative Appeals Commission seeking revocation of the instant disposition, etc., but was dismissed by the said commission on August 5, 2014 on the ground of the lapse of the period for requesting administrative appeals.
C. On November 6, 2014, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit.
