Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to operate a general restaurant business shall report to the head of the competent Gu.

On September 25, 2016, from around 19:00 to 20:00 on the same day, the Defendant engaged in general restaurant business by cooking and selling foods, such as 100,000 won per day against many unspecified customers, on the packing penta with cooking facilities, such as gas bags, without reporting to the head of the competent Gu, ( approximately 1.2m in width, about 60cm, about 70cm in height, about an average of 10,00 won per day, and 'balk and breast,' in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
