Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C-C-C-C-C-V car.

On March 2, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car on March 14:17, 2017, and proceeded to turn to the left at the 8-way intersection of the sight middle school located in the same 1342, from the right edge.

Since there is a place where traffic is controlled by signal apparatus, in such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive in accordance with the signals by reducing the speed and making the left and right well before and after the operation.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the front part of the E-lane bus driven by the victim D (62 tax) who was going to go to the right from the right edge of the bus on the right edge of the bus when the Defendant neglected to turn to the left due to the negligence in violation of the right edge signals of the above car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by its occupational negligence, the injury to the victim D, the victim F (the 68-year old age), of satise base and tension in need of approximately two weeks of treatment; the injury to the victim F (the 58-year old age), of catum base and tension in need of treatment for about two weeks of treatment; the injury to the victim G (the 58-year old age), of catum base and tension in need of approximately two weeks of treatment; the injury to the victim H (the 50-year old age), of catum base and tension in need of approximately two weeks of treatment; the victim I (the 48-year age age), and the injury to the victim J (the Ha, the 18-year age age age age), of catum base and tension in need of treatment for about two weeks of treatment; and the injury to the victim J (the Ha, the 18-year age age age), and other injury as set forth below.
