A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In order to make a misunderstanding and return to the place of residence, the vehicle of another person was taken away.

On March 26, 2017, at around 23:15, the Defendant stopped on the two-lanes in the direction of crossing the above FF crossing from the direction of the access road to the expressway, and the Defendant discovered the victim H (54 h) who was parked behind the Defendant, and was in possession of the said BM passenger car after getting out of the driver’s seat of the said AW passenger car in order to force the said car, the Defendant laid the camping gate (No. 3). On March 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) laid down the alkin-gu alkin air-shield (No. 2) with a deadly weapon, which is a deadly weapon kept at the back seat; and (b) laid to the driver’s seat of the said BM passenger car.

In order to prevent the error of the victim's discovery of himself and avoidance of a single-lane, the Defendant: (a) shaking the camping net in front of the said BMW car; (b) prevented the victim from driving in front of the said BMW car; and (c) “I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off, I am off.”
