Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Labor Standards Act at Seoul Southern District Court on August 16, 201, and on October 24, 2014, the said judgment became final and conclusive.
In Pyeongtaek-si E, the Defendant was a person operating the LAF in the construction business chain, and the H-built construction project in Pyeongtaek-si G was carried out.

1. An employer shall, if a worker retires, pay the wages, compensations, and all other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred;

In doing so, Defendant 1 worked from January 22, 2015 at the above workplace and did not pay KRW 4,029,250,000 to K of retired workers on March 12, 2015, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of payment period, and as shown in attached Table 2, the sum of wages for 32 employees, as shown in attached Table 2, is KRW 49,169,807.
