A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a cargo vehicle of one ton of D1 ton.

At around 19:30 on November 23, 2014, the Defendant, at the 19:30 Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, along the one-lane road near the white-do road located in the above intersection, proceeded at a non-speed speed from the intersection to the New-ri bank.
