2. The plaintiffs asserted that at the time of the accident in this case, the plaintiff A had already entered from the stop line to the intersection in this case. Thus, even if the driver of the vehicle in this case was changed to the straight signal, the driver of the vehicle in this case must start after confirming the vehicle already entered the intersection and is proceeding without such confirmation, and therefore, the defendant is liable to compensate the damages suffered by the plaintiffs due to the accident in this case.

As to this, the defendant asserts that the accident of this case occurred due to the violation of the intersection stop signal by the plaintiff A.

3. The driver of a vehicle driving along an intersection where traffic is controlled by judgment signals, etc., shall be sufficient when other vehicles are believed to observe traffic regulations and take appropriate steps to avoid collision, and the other vehicles shall make a signal, unless there are special circumstances.
