On December 26, 2014, at around 03:59, the Defendant driven Bk5 car at a section of about 2 km from the street in the West-dong of Busan Simpo-gu to the street in the front of the plaza in the same Gumpo-dong, from the street in the vicinity of the 1st century-dong of Busan Simpo-gu to the street in the same Gumpo-dong.
