Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:10 on June 19, 2020, the Defendant driven a DMW car under the influence of alcohol by 0.120% in a section of about 10km from the road near the Defendant’s residence located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B to the front road of the same Gu C.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from DMF) is a person engaged in driving a DMF car.

The defendant was under the influence of alcohol level 0.120% of the blood alcohol level in the front of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the defendant was driving the above car with the driver's license level 0.120%.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was unable to do so, proceeded with the Defendant’s driving car, and the part of the victim E-driving car was shocked by the front part of the Defendant’s driving car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by negligence in the course of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, suffered injury to the victim E, such as chilled salt, tensions, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, injury to the victim G (ma, 22 years of age) who is the passenger of the victimized vehicle, such as chilled salt, tensions, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment, and injury to the Ha (ma, 19 years of age) who is the passenger of the victimized vehicle, such as chilled salt, tension, etc., for about two weeks of treatment.
