A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a holder of a unregistered two-wheeled automobile.

1. No driver of any motor vehicle violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes shall drive any motor vehicle while it is difficult to drive it normally due to drinking or drugs;

Nevertheless, at around 02:20 on September 2, 2020, the Defendant driven the said unregistered two-wheeled vehicle, driving the said unregistered two-wheeled vehicle, and driving the front road of the Yodeung-dong, Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Yanan-si into two dynamics: (a) under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.098% due to the influence of blood alcohol concentration, and (b) under the influence of normal operation, such as red, in a state where it is difficult to drive the said two-wheeled vehicle, while driving the said two-wheeled a vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.0%.

Ultimately, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol that is difficult to drive normally, sustained injury to the victim D (the 20-year old-old) who was on the said rocketing taxi, such as salt ties and tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and suffered injury to the victim E (the 26-year-old age-old) who was on the Defendant’s two-time driver’s two-time driver’s two-time medical treatment, due to the victim E (the male and the 26-year-old age-old) who was on the two-time medical cares for approximately six-month medical treatment, and the victim F (the F, South and the 18-year-old age-old) who was on the same two-time medical cares for about twelve weeks.

2. Around 02:20 September 2, 2020, the Defendant driving the said two-wheeled vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.098% in a section of approximately 1.2km from the roads near H located in Y in Yannam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Yandong to the roads front of the end-distance in the same new East East-dong.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
