1. The plaintiffs' respective claims against the defendants are dismissed in entirety.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) Formerly, the Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government BG large 370 square meters (hereinafter “BG land”) land (hereinafter “BG land”) had 12 households and 11 underground households on the same ground. (2) Eul shall grant 13 square meters to 12 households which are above ground generations, the area for the supply of building facilities newly built by Eul for the equity investment in land of Gap.
