A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2015 Highest 1450" did not have an intention or ability to deliver public performance diskettes or articles even if he/she receives a payment from the victims.

1. On April 24, 2015, the Defendant, in the Defendant’s residence No. B 205 of the Jeonsan-gu, Jeonju-si, 2015, puts on the Internet Twitter a letter “C Ccon Book poper” on the Internet Twitter, and falsely speaks as if he/she delivers the Twitet to the victim D who reported and contacted the said writing, and then, he/she acquired KRW 113,50 from the victim on April 24, 2015, by receiving KRW 113,50 under the name of the Defendant’s Twitter account (E).

2. On April 28, 2015, at the same place, the Defendant left a letter “pop-up pop-up pop-up box” in the Internet Raber's Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “C contact book”) and falsely received KRW 270,000 from the victimized person to the said account as if he/she would deliver the contact book to the victim F who reported and contacted the book, and he/she received the money from the victimized person as the price for the said account.

3. On May 2015, the Defendant 200 pop-up 2 pop-up in an Internet gallon at the same place on the same day.

“Along with the gallon’s writing, the victim G who reported and contacted the gallon’s writing refers to a false statement as if he/she delivers gallon 2, and the fallon received 100,000 won from the victim to the above account on May 22, 2015, from the victim to the above account as the price.

The defendant of "2015 Highest 1672" did not have an intention or ability to deliver public performance diskettes or articles even if he/she receives a payment from the victims.

4. On March 2015, the Defendant 200 pop-up 2 pop-up pop-up in the Internet NAV-gu B 205 at the residence of the Defendant at the front city, Jeonju-si, 2015.

“Along on March 26, 2015, the victim H who read and contacted the text and read it was false as if they were to deliver the said mobile phone to the victim H, and that part of the said text received 130,000 won from the victim’s personal compromise account (I) under the name of the Defendant to receive 130,000 won from the victim.

5. The Defendant is on the Internet opening at the same place around April 2015.
