1. Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association: (a) from November 16, 2013 to January 22, 2015, KRW 293,252,150 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the party is that the Plaintiff is the project undertaker (execution company) who sold the 13-dong 13-dong 1000 households of Seo-gu Daejeon apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and the new construction business (the rehabilitation procedure commenced on November 13, 2012 and the Intervenor’s Intervenor was regarded as the manager; hereinafter “new construction business”) is the new construction business of the instant apartment. The Defendants guaranteed the obligation to repair the defects of the instant apartment that the new construction business bears against the Plaintiff.

B. On June 200, in order to secure the performance of the obligation to repair the defects related to the apartment of this case, the new construction business, such as the conclusion of the contract for the repair of defects and the issuance of the defect warranty certificate, etc., entered into the contract for the repair of defects (hereinafter “the instant guarantee contract”) with the Defendant Construction Financial Cooperative as the guarantee creditor, and entered into the contract for the repair of defects as described in the No. 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 of the table below (hereinafter “the instant guarantee contract”). Between the Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance and the insured, the Plaintiff entered into the guarantee insurance contract (hereinafter “the instant insurance contract”) with the same contents as the No. 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 of the table below as the insured:
