Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 27, 2015, at around 01:30, the Defendant driven Bone Star car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.104% from the front of the Central Oil Station located in Ansan-si, Central Oil Station to the front of the 830-7 front of the Dong-dong, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, to the road.
