A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On September 23, 2016, the first criminal defendant: (a) in the guest room in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B hotel C; (b) caused D to her to put about 0.1g of psychotropic drugs Metepiles (i.e., one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”) into a single-use injection machine; and (c) dilution with water to injection on the part of the defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

2. At around 14:00 on the first day of May 2017, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use entertainment machine and dilution them into the Defendant’s arms in the front line in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

3. On October 2017, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use tourist hotel room located in the Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the first time in the early 2017, and dilution with water to the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

4. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use entertainment machine; (b) injected on the part of the Defendant’s arms by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones into a single-use entertainment machine; and (c) dilution them with water.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.

5. At around 15:00 on June 30, 2018, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philopon into a single-use entertainment machine, dilution it into the Defendant’s arms, in a trade in the business in Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones.
