A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on January 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a protest from the victim D (the age of 58) on the ground that the Defendant had a village hall, (b) carried the float of the victim by hand, and (c) unloaded the part of the victim’s float disease during the process of having a float with the victim.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous things and carried about about two weeks of medical treatment to the victim.
