[Criminal Power] On August 9, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Central District Court. On June 4, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million and five hundred thousand won for the same crime at the Incheon District Court.

【Criminal Facts】

On May 24, 2013, at around 22:51, the Defendant driven a G car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.101% at a distance of about 300 meters from the front of the restaurant in the vicinity of the Sejong-gu Busan-si, Sung-nam-si, to the front road of the same Gu, which is around 300 meters in front of the common school.
