A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 04:30 on May 31, 2014, the Defendant driving a vehicle CK5 without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 20km from the front of the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, to the front of the new market distance in the Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, the 19-15-ro, Ulsan-do, to the front road.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident) are those engaged in driving of the above K5 vehicle

On May 31, 2014, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without obtaining a driver's license on May 31, 2014, and proceeded at a speed of about 50km per hour from the distance of viewing to the string of the new market distance in the south-gu New Market in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.
