Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2015, at around 20:40, the Defendant committed assault, such as 219 subway No. 1 line No. 219 subway No. 1 line No. 36 of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, against his spouse’s shoulder intentionally, while she resisted against the Defendant, the victim C (36 years of age) intentionally her spouse’s shoulder, and she sprinked the Defendant as a sexual indecent act, and sprinked the Defendant’s flap with his hand.
