1. The defendant shall pay 52,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 9, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff, while lending KRW 52,00,000 to the Defendant from September 23, 2015 to December 22, 2015, concluded a monetary loan agreement with KRW 30,000,000 on March 31, 2016, which the Plaintiff had to pay KRW 22,00,000 on January 15, 2016, may be acknowledged according to the respective entries and the purport of the entire pleadings set forth in subparagraphs A and 4 (including the serial number).

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 52,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 9, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is obviously a day after the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, sought by the Plaintiff after the due date.
