A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 8, 2020, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license of a motor vehicle on August 17, 2020, driven a motor vehicle from approximately 150 km to the public week point at a point of 63 km away from the roads near Incheon Tolt in Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to the public zone of the Daejeon-do Highway, which is located in the well-being of the public city.

Unfavorable circumstances: A person who repeatedly commits the same kind of crime after the lapse of 3 years and 5 months from the date of the previous crime even though he had already been sentenced to a license without a license of 5 times (2003, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2017). A person who repeatedly drives an expressway with a license without a license and with a driving distance is very high, normal circumstances favorable to the occurrence of a very dangerous traffic accident: Recognizing and against others, there is no damage to others, there is no criminal record of imprisonment, and there is a social ties relationship to assist the Defendant in preventing recidivism of a crime.
