Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A (42 years of age, South) and the defendant B (45 years of age, South) are siblings.

1. On November 3, 2018, Defendants 23:25, 2018, the Defendants’ co-principaled the victim’s work and drinking within the “E” operated by the victim D(E, 46 years of age and inn) located in the north-gu Busan metropolitan area, and Defendant B interfered with the victim’s work, such as: (a) Defendant B, on the ground that the victim did not properly issue cash receipts as cash receipts for business operators wishing to receive them; (b) Defendant B did not fit the cash receipts registration certificate; and (c) Defendant A had the victim and his employees accumulated food on other tables, thereby making the customers get out of them.

2. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;

A. On November 3, 2018, around 23:25, the Defendant, within “E” located in Busan Northern-gu C, 2018, committed assaulting the victim’s face at one time by drinking, i.e., “F (28 years of age, south) who is the customer, helps the victim to issue cash receipts,” and “Wing to show the receipt,” and assaulted the victim’s face at one time.

B. The Defendant expressed, at the same time and place as the above “A”, that the victim G (the age of 25, female) spawns assault, and assaulted the victim’s left arms on one occasion with the hand floor.

C. The Defendant assaulted the victim H (the 47 years of age and south) at the same time and place as the above “A”, thereby breaking down the victim’s hair and dubbial, and sponsing him, and sprinking the odor on the tebbbials. The Defendant assaulted the victim’s bucks at the victim’s buck.

The Defendant, when the police officer called up at the same time and place as the above “A” and discovered the circumstances of the instant case, committed assault by making the victim I (the victim I (the victim), who was a guest, 47 years old, fluent) to bucks down into the victim’s bucks.
