Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around April 28, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven the DaK5 vehicle at a section of about 3 km from the front of the Roart parking lot to the front of the Hob apartment located in the doju City, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.151% of the blood alcohol concentration at around 21:30 on Apr. 28, 2016.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (AD) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving a DK5 vehicle.
On April 28, 2016, at around 21:30, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol with 0.151% of alcohol concentration 0.151%, and led the Defendant to drive the said car at a speed of 104 parking lot in front of the Hob apartment 104 parking lot in the Pnju City.
