Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on March 20, 2016;

A. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving), and violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation by the Defendant is the owner of B car sirens.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, on March 20, 2016, the Defendant driven the above B car sirens without obtaining a driver's license from around 200 meters to the front road of the D pharmacy parking lot located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, the Defendant: (a) operated the above B car sirens without obtaining a driver's license from around 17:00 on March 20, 201.

B. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in driving the above B car sirens.

On March 20, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vans around 17:00 on March 20, 2016, and went behind the vehicle within the D pharmacy parking lot located in Seosan-si C.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care, such as driving according to the structure and performance of the vehicle, and operating the steering system, brake system, and other devices of the vehicle accurately.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and reversed the part of the Victim E, which was parked in the rear side of the direction of the Defendant's proceeding, followed by the Fing consortium that was parked in the back of the direction of the Defendant's proceeding.

Ultimately, the Defendant damaged the 1,887,800 won of the repair cost due to the above occupational negligence and the exchange at the bottom of the driver.

2. On September 7, 2016, the Defendant is a holder of B car sirens.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, on September 7, 2016, the Defendant obtained a driver's license from around 100 meters from the front day of Cheongi-ri-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Han-si to the front day of the Cheongsan-do.
