Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B(n, 37 years of age) are all patients with early-time illness, and they are living together with D hospitals located in Ulsannam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu EelF.

At around 01:10 on March 26, 2020, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, put the victim’s left hand, who prevented the Defendant from drinking in the above excessive manner on the ground that the Defendant was prevented from drinking in a fluence, on the ground that the Defendant had been prevented from drinking in the fluence.

As a result, the defendant inflicted an injury upon the victim in need of medical treatment for an indefinite period.
