When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:30 on May 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) sought clothes from his clothes in front of his clothes in Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju, and (b) made the victim D(49 years of age, n, n, n, ging out of clothes) “Isk of match if you live inside of clothes”; and (c) made the victim a patent insult by publicly stating that “Isk, Isk, Isk of hing, Isk of hing, Isk of hing, because Isk of hing, Isk of hing, hing, Is of hing, Is of hing, Is of hing, Is of hing, Is of hing, Is of hing.”
