A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court's Eunpyeong site, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 29th of the same month.

On August 30, 2016, at around 16:35, the Defendant driven a B SP car at approximately 100 meters away from the front of the 346 playground distance to the front of the 346 sports site without a vehicle driver's license on the front of the CP car.
