A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 25th of the same month.

In collusion with C, the Defendant carried out the money exchange business in a manner that, from April 14, 2010 to April 18:10, 2010, there is no trade name in Daegu Seo-gu E, the game room for the open-to-sea games, which was not rated, provides 40 players with 10% of the score, which is the result of the said game, for use by many unspecified customers, and exchanges the remaining score in cash after deducting 10% of the score, which is the result of the said game,
