A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, who is a driver of the said rocketing or passenger car, by driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol while it is difficult for the Defendant to drive the motor vehicle, such as salt and tensions for about two weeks, and the victim E (V, 45 years old) who was on board the said rocketing or passenger car, in need of approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. The defendant of a violation of the Road Traffic Act and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) shall not obtain a driver's license for a vehicle with the low-speed car as stated in the above paragraph (1) at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (1).
