A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 30, 2012, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to two years and six months of imprisonment for the crime of injury, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Prison on January 29, 2014.

1. Special obstruction of performance of official duties and violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) around 17:50 on April 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a YF Laol car in the upper intersection in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with no driver’s license; and (b) used the CYFststol car without a driver’s license to drive it in the upper intersection in the middle of the CYFstol car in the middle of the CYFstol car in the front intersection in the middle of the CYFstol Station as the long as the long as the two-lanes were reduced from the four lanes in total to the two lanes, and (c) controlled by the slope E belonging to the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station D Zone Unit, and (d) demanded that E move the Defendant’s vehicle along the two-lanes side safely; and (d) used kne part of the E-motor vehicle in the front direction.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) as the Defendant got out of the patrol vehicle while getting out of the patrol vehicle by avoiding the traffic control, such as the statement in paragraph (1), the Defendant got out of the patrol vehicle, thereby attempting to overtake the vehicle at the center.

On April 6, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car at around 17:53 on April 17, 2015, and received the part of the Defendant’s car-free Gystetna-si’s left-hand string part owned by the Defendant’s driver at the right-hand right-hand side of the passenger car, which was obstructed by the Defendant’s negligence while driving the said car at the top of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and driving the road near the passenger railway station at the upper right-hand side of the street.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not immediately stop and take necessary measures despite the damage to the 118,800 won of the repair cost by negligence on the part of the above business.
