A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2016, the Defendant owned B Poter Cargo, and operated the said cargo vehicle that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of Pyeongtaek-dong apartment, Pyeongtaek-si 4-124, Pyeongtaek-si, 124, at around 14:50 on August 31, 2016.
