A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On April 27, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and a fine of six hundred thousand won for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) and the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act at the Jeju District Court on October 5, 2017, which became final and conclusive on May 5, 2017, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of seven months as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and one month as a final and conclusive judgment on April 6, 2018, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Jeju Prison on March 22, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 28, 2019, at around 22:30, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if he did not have any money during the bar and did not have any intent or ability to pay the alcohol value.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the above victim and being delivered an alcoholic beverage in an amount equivalent to KRW 100,000,00 to the market price from the above victim, and from that time until June 18, 2019, received from the victims six times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. On May 28, 2019, at around 23:55 on May 28, 2019, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) did not pay the card presented by the Defendant at the “D” bar operated by the victim C (n, 54 years of age); (b) did not pay the card, which was requested by the said victim to take other means of settlement; and (c) took pictures of customers who were requested to stop shooting from the said customers, and obstructed the said victim’s main place of business by causing disturbance for about 15 minutes by force.

3. The Defendant of intimidation at around 20:50 on June 8, 2019, at the “G” bar bar in the operation of the Victim F (M, 62 years of age) in Jeju.
