Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, with respect to the defendant B, it shall be for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who works as a delivery agent for D's D's delivery services at racing-si, and Defendant B is an operator of the above D's business, and the Defendants came to know that in the case of minor traffic accidents, the insurance company would pay insurance proceeds without strict review, the Defendants were willing to receive insurance proceeds by filing a false traffic accident with the insurance company, E, etc. along with their own seals, or by falsely reporting the details of traffic accident damage.
1. The Defendants’ joint principal act of violating the Special Act on the Prevention of Insurance Fraud
A. At around 22:00 on January 13, 2018, Defendants F and G conspired with F and G, with intent to receive automobile insurance money and receive it after causing intentional or false traffic accidents in D on the street in front of the Sim-si, Sim-si on January 13, 2018. On January 14, 2018, at around 02:16, Defendant A received a traffic accident by phone call from the victim K KK Co., Ltd., and at around 02:00 on January 14, 2018, Defendant A received a traffic accident by falsely recognizing the “traffic accident that takes place beyond the road due to the collision of three vehicles of the above Orabab, which is parked on the street in front of the Yellow Park in the Yellowdong-dong in the Yellow-dong in the Yellow-si in the Yellow-si in the Yellow-si in the racing.” The Defendants, F, and G claimed the insurance proceeds to the victim on the same day.
